West Jones came tearing into Saturday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took down the Natchez Bulldogs 54-36. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2022.

West Jones' victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Natchez, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-4 record.
