Basketball Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison lost against Jackson North Side back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs were beaten by the Indians 80-40. The contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Madison and nudges their season record down to 2-3. As for Jackson North Side, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Madison and Jackson North Side will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Mustangs see the court they'll take on South Gibson at 6:00 p.m. on December 5. As for Jackson North Side, their break will end when they face Jackson Central Merry at 7:30 p.m. on December 5.
