Basketball Recap: Uvalde Takes a Loss

Uvalde was the 57-54 winner over Pleasanton when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) fell 49-42 to the Pleasanton Eagles on Friday. The Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) just can't catch a break and have now endured eight defeats in a row.

Uvalde's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Pleasanton, they moved to 9-13 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Uvalde will head out on the road to take on Devine at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Uvalde is facing Devine at the right time seeing as Devine is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pleasanton, they will host Carrizo Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
