Soccer Game Preview: McNairy Central vs. Jackson Central Merry

The McNairy Central Bobcats will head out on the road to square off against the Jackson Central Merry Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

McNairy Central is likely headed into the match with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Chester County on Tuesday. The Bobcats fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 1-0. McNairy Central haven't had much luck with Chester County recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Jackson Central Merry duked it out with Lexington on Tuesday. The Cougars came up short against the Tigers, falling 4-1. The game was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Jackson Central Merry struggled afterwards.

Jackson Central Merry's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for McNairy Central, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
