Judging arm strength, field awareness, quickness, vision, technique, desire and poise is an imprecise science. It's not science at all.

But numbers don't lie.

Data is crystal clear and simply ascertained. With that in mind, we present 100 top California returning football players for the 2019 season based on numbers.

These statistics were provided by coaches and officials from program's up and down the Golden State. (Thank you coaches for that.)
