Fredericktown barely beat Loudonville the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Freddies blew past the Redbirds 7-1 on Monday. The Freddies haven't had any issues with the Redbirds recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Fredericktown now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Loudonville, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-4.

Coming up, Fredericktown will challenge Lexington at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Minutemen will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Freddies surely won't give up without a fight. As for Loudonville, they will square off against Utica at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Redskins have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.4 runs per game on average), something the Redbirds will no doubt try to take advantage of.
