Volleyball Recap: Atlantic Christian Has No Trouble Against Highlands Christian

The Atlantic Christian Sharks made easy work of the Highlands Christian Knights on Monday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sharks.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Atlantic Christian was: they took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-8, 25-11.

Raymond Clair had an outrageously good game as he had ten aces and seven kills. Those ten aces gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamaury Augustin, who had 13 assists and one block.

Clair wasn't the only good server: Atlantic Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 24 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Atlantic Christian's record is now 10-5. As for Highlands Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Atlantic Christian will face off against Lake Worth at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Highlands Christian, they will square off against David Posnack Jewish Day at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
