Miami was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Duncan on Friday. The Vandals were the clear victors by a 16-3 margin over the Wildkats. Considering the Vandals have won six matches by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Miami's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Duncan, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-2 record.

Looking ahead, Miami will head out to challenge Ray at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vandals' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bearcats have averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season. As for Duncan, they will be playing at home against San Simon at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Longhorns have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 19.63 runs per game on average), something the Wildkats will no doubt try to take advantage of.
