Softball Recap: Stonewall Jackson Takes a Loss

Stonewall Jackson fell victim to Page County and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 12-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Generals' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Stonewall Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Page County, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stonewall Jackson will welcome Clarke County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Page County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rappahannock County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
