Evansville Christian skates past Lighthouse Christian Academy with ease

There's no place like home for the Evansville Christian Eagles, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Tuesday. They breezed by Lighthouse Christian Academy at home to the tune of 47-14 on Friday. That's another feather in the cap for Evansville Christian, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Evansville Christian found their leader in underclassman Peyton Geer, who scored 15 points along with five steals. Another player making a difference was Addie Grubb, who scored a point along with ten steals and seven rebounds.
Evansville Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Lighthouse Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.
Evansville Christian will square off against the Jeeps at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Northeast Dubois focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Thursday. As for Lighthouse Christian Academy, they will square off against the Lakers at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Shakamak focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten last Thursday.
