Basketball Recap: Siloam Springs Takes a Loss

Siloam Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by the Greenwood Bulldogs 94-51. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 135th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 26th).

Siloam Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Greenwood, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season.

Siloam Springs has already played their next matchup, a 51-38 loss against Harrison on the 25th. As for Greenwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 99-42 win against Russellville on the 25th.
