Volleyball Game Preview: Washburn Millers vs. Highland Park Scots

The Washburn Millers will face off against the Highland Park Scots at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Highland Park took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Washburn, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, Washburn made easy work of Osseo and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Millers.

Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, Highland Park's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to Academy of Holy Angels. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Scots have suffered since September 11th.

Washburn's victory bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Highland Park, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.

Washburn skirted past Highland Park 3-2 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Do the Millers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Scots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
