Dakota entered their tilt with Rockford Auburn on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Knights. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 19 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Dakota's victory bumped their record up to 21-4. As for Rockford Auburn, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Dakota will square off against Durand at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rockford Auburn, they will challenge Belvidere at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Buccaneers have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season.
