Meanwhile, Volcano Vista faced Farmington in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Hawks came out on top in a nail-biter against the Scorpions, sneaking past 2-1. The win continues a trend for Volcano Vista in their matchups with Farmington: they've now won four in a row.
