Basketball Recap: Hiwassee Dam Takes a Loss

Hiwassee Dam was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Robbinsville Black Knights, falling 80-44. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-19.

Hiwassee Dam's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Robbinsville, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-5.

Hiwassee Dam will square off against Andrews at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Robbinsville, they will venture away from home to take on Swain County at 8:00 p.m. on January 21st.
