Collierville hadn't done well against Arlington recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Dragons put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 17-11 win. The result was nothing new for the Dragons, who have now won 12 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Collierville and bumps their season record up to 14-9-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for Arlington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-14-2.

As of now, neither Collierville nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
