Volleyball Preview: Southwood Cowboys vs. North Caddo Titans
The Southwood Cowboys are taking a road trip to take on the North Caddo Titans at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Southwood will be strutting in after a victory while North Caddo will be coming in after a defeat.
On Friday, everything went Southwood's way against Magnolia School of Excellence as Southwood made off with a 3-0 win.
The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Southwood was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-7, 25-10.
Meanwhile, North Caddo suffered their biggest loss since September 18th on October 10th. They lost 3-0 to Loyola College Prep. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Southwood has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season. As for North Caddo, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.
