 Inman won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune  on Friday. They lost  20-4 to the Marion Warriors. Inman was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Marion apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  on Friday.
 For Marion's part,  the team  relied heavily on  Jack Lanning, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Carson Krause, who  scored three  runs while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Inman has  been struggling recently as they've  lost five of their last six contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record  this season. As for Marion, their victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 15-4.
