Basketball Recap: Lower Brule Takes a Loss

Lower Brule and Andes Central/Dakota Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Lower Brule had to settle for second. They took a blow against Andes Central/Dakota Christian, falling 63-25. Having soared to a lofty 63 points in the game before, the Sioux couldn't push the score so high this time.

Lower Brule's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Andes Central/Dakota Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Lower Brule does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Andes Central/Dakota Christian, they will square off against Corsica/Stickney at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
