Soccer Game Preview: Stevens vs. Holmes

The Stevens Falcons will challenge the Holmes Huskies at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Stevens took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Marshall a 2-0 shutout. The win continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won seven in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Holmes). They walked away with a 4-2 victory over Marshall on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Huskies needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.
