It was a good run, but Satsuma unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They and the Spain Park Jaguars finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 tie.

Satsuma's draw gives them a new season record of 23-14-3. As for Spain Park, they moved theirs to 15-18-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Satsuma will challenge Daphne at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Gators' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season. As for Spain Park, they will be taking part in a tournament against Huntsville at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Panthers' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Jaguars' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
