Volleyball Recap: Elk Lake Takes a Loss

Elk Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Blue Ridge Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-23, 22-25, 25-10, 25-12.

Elk Lake's record is now 1-13. As for Blue Ridge, they pushed their record up to 15-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Elk Lake will square off against rival Lakeland at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Blue Ridge is set to face off against their familiar foe Lackawanna Trail at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
