Jupiter waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Xaverian Clippers by a score of 59-48. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 93rd in Florida, while the Clippers are ranked 217th in New York), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jupiter's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Xaverian, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Jupiter will take on Palm Beach Gardens in a tournament on Monday. Palm Beach Gardens knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Jupiter likes a good challenge. As for Xaverian, they will host Holy Cross at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
