Softball Recap: Rush-Henrietta Takes a Loss

Rush-Henrietta and Lancaster squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Rush-Henrietta had to settle for second. They lost 11-2 to the Legends.

Rush-Henrietta's loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Lancaster, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-5.

Rush-Henrietta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lancaster, they will challenge Rome Free Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Black Knights' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Legends' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
