Ellensburg is 8-2 against Prosser since September of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Bulldogs will square off against the Mustangs at 12:00 p.m. Ellensburg will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Ellensburg's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Toppenish with a sharp 3-0 victory. Given Ellensburg's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 110th, while Toppenish are ranked 243rd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Prosser's offense. They fell just short of West Valley by a score of 1-0 on Thursday.

Prosser's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for Ellensburg, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 6-4.

Ellensburg skirted past Prosser 3-2 in their previous matchup back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
