Soccer Game Preview: Adelanto vs. Serrano

The Adelanto Saints will challenge the Serrano Diamondbacks at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Adelanto fell victim to Arlington and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 8-0.

Meanwhile, Serrano lost 4-1 to Barstow on Wednesday.

Adelanto's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Serrano, they now have a losing record at 1-2-1.

Everything went Adelanto's way against Serrano in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, as Adelanto made off with a 5-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Adelanto since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
