Basketball Recap: Luxemburg-Casco Comes Up Short

Luxemburg-Casco was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 57-52 heartbreaker at the hands of the Clintonville Truckers. The Spartans lost against the Truckers in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 72-42 score last time.

Luxemburg-Casco's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Clintonville, their record is now 2-3.

When Luxemburg-Casco and Clintonville next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Luxemburg-Casco will try to stop Little Chute's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Clintonville will square off against Freedom and their four-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
