Lackey entered their tilt with Chopticon on Friday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They walked away with a 62-52 win over the Chopticon Braves. This was payback for the Chargers, who suffered a 75-48 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Lackey's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Mansaray, who went 7 of 12 on his way to 20 points and six rebounds. Tyzon Swann was another key player, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 13 boards.

Lackey pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Chopticon, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.

Lackey will look to defend their home court on Monday against Ron Brown at 6:30 p.m. As for Chopticon, they will challenge North Point at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
