Baseball Recap: North Polars vs. Simley Spartans
North lost against Simley back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Polars took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans.
Tyler Shaw was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season. Another player making a difference was Dustin Schuldt, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
North's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Simley, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

The timing isn't great for the Polars: they have been struggling with 12 straight losses at home dating back to last season, while the Pioneers have snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.
