The Lugoff-Elgin Demons will head out on the road to take on the Goose Creek Gators at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lugoff-Elgin is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.2 points per game this season.

What's more, Mumford also posted a 75% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's achieved since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kaleb Long, who posted 11 points and four steals.

Meanwhile, Goose Creek entered their matchup against Cane Bay on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Goose Creek took a 59-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cane Bay.

Goose Creek's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 22-3. As for Lugoff-Elgin, their victory bumped their record up to 15-11.
