Softball Recap: King Comes Up Short

King lost against Vista Murrieta back in February of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The King Wolves took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vista Murrieta Broncos. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

King's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Vista Murrieta, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

King didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 5-0 loss against Poly on the 5th. As for Vista Murrieta, they will venture away from home to face off against Temecula Valley at 3:30 p.m. on March 12th. Temecula Valley's pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so Vista Murrieta's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
