After a string of three wins, West's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-10.

West's defeat dropped their record down to 17-17-1. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-10 record this season.

West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Maize South on the 30th.
