Volleyball Recap: Lillian Hayden's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Union over North Clarion

The Union Knights/Damsels came up short against the North Clarion Wolves on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Knights/Damsels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-13, 25-21.

Union lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Lillian Hayden, who had 16 digs. Haley Corle was another key player, getting four aces and two blocks.

Union now has a losing record of 1-2. As for North Clarion, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Union didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against East Forest on the 3rd. North Clarion has also already played their next game (against Punxsutawney), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
