Softball Recap: Saranac Lake Comes Up Short

Saranac Lake lost against AuSable Valley back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Red Storm came up short against the Patriots, falling 14-2. The Red Storm have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Saranac Lake's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for AuSable Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Saranac Lake will face off against rival Moriah at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, AuSable Valley is set to challenge their familiar foe Northern Adirondack at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
