Volleyball Game Preview: Croatan Cougars vs. Eastern Alamance Eagles

The Croatan Cougars will square off against the Eastern Alamance Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Croatan will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Croatan is returning to their home court after beating West Carteret on theirs, despite the fact West Carteret has dominated at home this season. The Cougars walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Patriots on Wednesday.

Croatan walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 20-25, 25-23, 25-13.

Meanwhile, it's playoff time, and Eastern Alamance had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on Northeast Guilford with a sharp 3-0 victory on Saturday.

Eastern Alamance's win bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Croatan, their victory bumped their record up to 17-8.
