Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Greensburg walked away with it. They came out on top against the Roncalli Royals by a score of 71-58 on Saturday. The victory was just business as usual for the Pirates, who after 27 games remain undefeated this season.

Several Royals players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brennah Cerny, who posted 12 points. Cerny is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games she's played. Reagan Turk was another key player, putting up nine points and three steals.

Greensburg's win bumped their record up to 27-0. As for Roncalli, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-9.

Coming up, Greensburg will challenge Norwell at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Norwell knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten matches -- so hopefully Greensburg likes a good challenge. Roncalli does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
