Soccer Recap: Moline Victorious

Moline kept a clean sheet against Rock Island on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Rocks. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Moline also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Jenna Rangel and Keeley Mckenzie scored both of Moline's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Moline's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Rock Island, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Looking ahead, Moline will be taking part in a tournament against Milton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rock Island, they will head out to challenge Orion/Sherrard at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Orion/Sherrard will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Rock Island surely won't give up without a fight.
