Volleyball Recap: Saugus Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Saugus Centurions didn't have quite enough to beat the Capistrano Valley Christian Eagles and fell 2-1. The Centurions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Saugus' loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Capistrano Valley Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Saugus wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Granada Hills Charter on the 15th. As for Capistrano Valley Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Mission Viejo on the 15th.
