One Accord Christian Academy hadn't beaten Pace Brantley on the road since December 2, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Monday. The Lions claimed a resounding 83-43 victory over the Pirates. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 48-42 loss the last time these two teams met.

Leading One Accord Christian Academy to victory were Yassiel Bernacet and Sokou Aj Mcgee. Bernacet dropped a triple-double with 20 points, ten boards, and ten assists, while Mcgee dropped a double-double with 19 points and 11 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Juan Velazquez, who posted eight points and seven steals.

One Accord Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, One Accord Christian Academy will venture away from home to challenge Center of Life Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
