Basketball Recap: Edmond Santa Fe Takes a Loss

In Saturday's Canine Competition, Edmond Santa Fe had to take the L. They had to suffer through a 79-43 loss at the hands of the Edmond Memorial Bulldogs. The loss continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost nine in a row.

Edmond Santa Fe's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Edmond Memorial, the victory was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-3.

Looking ahead, Edmond Santa Fe will be playing at home against Putnam City North at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Putnam City North will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something Edmond Santa Fe surely won't give up without a fight. As for Edmond Memorial, they will head out on the road to take on Putnam City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
