Volleyball Recap: Bryan Station Comes Up Short

The Bryan Station Defenders came up short against the Dobyns-Bennett Indians on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Defenders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-15.

Cameron Owens paced Bryan Station's offense, picking up eight kills. Owens got some help from Nyalie Locke and her five assists. Abigail Brown controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Bryan Station's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Dobyns-Bennett, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Bryan Station wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Roswell on the 23rd. As for Dobyns-Bennett, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Morgantown on the 23rd.
