Basketball Recap: Fallsburg Takes a Loss

Fallsburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 30-15 fall against the Liberty Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Comets of the 55-22 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Fallsburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Liberty, they moved to 1-3 with that victory, which also ended their nine-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fallsburg will take on Beacon at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Liberty, they will welcome Livingston Manor at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
