Basketball Recap: Juanita Comes Up Short

Juanita was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 56-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Inglemoor Vikings. That's two games in a row now that the Ravens have lost by exactly eight points.

Juanita's record is now 5-9. As for Inglemoor, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Juanita Ravens duke it out with the Woodinville Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Woodinville knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Juanita likes a good challenge. As for Inglemoor, they will welcome Hazen at 6:50 p.m. on Friday. Inglemoor is facing Hazen at the right time seeing as Hazen is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
