Basketball Recap: Columbus Academy Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Columbus Academy had won two straight home games and Kyndal Singleton did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Columbus Academy Vikings came out on top against the Bexley Lions by a score of 40-27 thanks in part to Singleton, who went 6 for 12 en route to 13 points along with seven boards and five steals. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played.

Columbus Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season. As for Bexley, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-12.

Columbus Academy will head out to square off against Buckeye Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Buckeye Valley will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Columbus Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bexley, they will welcome Columbus School for Girls at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
