Softball Recap: Santiago Comes Up Short

The Santiago Sharks didn't have quite enough to beat the Dana Hills Dolphins on Monday and fell 3-1. The Sharks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Santiago's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Dana Hills, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Santiago and Dana Hills should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Santiago (ranked 187th) will meet Avalon (ranked 982nd) at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Dana Hills will challenge Laguna Hills at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 732 places (203 vs. 935).
