Softball Recap: Silverado Skyhawks vs. Centennial Bulldogs

Silverado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Centennial Bulldogs, falling 17-1. If the Skyhawks were looking for revenge after losing 15-5 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Silverado saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Yvonne Jimenez, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Jimenez also put up a double, which was her first of the season.

Centennial's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Faith Lutheran's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
