The Glenelg Country Dragons will square off against the Severn School Admirals at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Severn School took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Glenelg Country, who comes in off a win.
Glenelg Country is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Sandy Spring Friends 20-2 on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Dragons as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Cam Stallone and Keegan Wojdon were major factors no matter where they played. Throwing, Stallone tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Wojdon tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Glenelg Country is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-10 otherwise. At the plate, Stallone went a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI and three runs, while Wojdon went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those three runs gave Stallone a new career-high.
In other batting news, Glenelg Country let Patrick Wojdon and Zachary Laycock run wild. Wojdon got on base in all three of his plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base, while Laycock went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs and two RBI. Those two RBI gave Laycock a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Bear Williams-Abrams, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Glenelg Country always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Severn School's offense. They lost 10-0 to Gerstell Academy on Tuesday. The Admirals' defeat signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.
Glenelg Country's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Severn School, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 14-2.
