Volleyball Recap: Marion Takes a Loss

Marion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Muncie Central Bearcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Giants of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

Marion's defeat dropped their record down to 2-26. As for Muncie Central, their record now sits at 15-11.

Marion wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Lafayette Jefferson on the 11th. As for Muncie Central, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Kokomo on the 11th.
