Football Recap: St. Augustine Comes Up Short

The St. Augustine Knights came up short against the Arlington Heights Christian Lions on Friday and fell 14-7.

St. Augustine's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Arlington Heights Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

St. Augustine will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Incarnate Word Academy at 7:00 p.m. on October 24. As for Arlington Heights Christian, they will be playing at home against Town East Christian on Friday. The Lions are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
