Cooper Ellison Delivers Electric Effort Vs Cross Plains

The second Miles player making an appearance here is Cooper Ellison, and for good reason. He picked up 121 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Cross Plains's probably not too fond of Ellison given he always seems to get the better of them. Ellison picked up 71 receiving yards and three touchdowns the last time he and the Buffaloes duked it out back in November of 2023.

A Season-Best Performance from Chip Chambers Leads Albany over Winters

Albany was led to victory by Chip Chambers, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Chambers threw for 234 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes.

Chambers and Albany will be playing at home against Cross Plains at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lions got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Buffaloes, probably because Chambers had a solid game then too: he threw for 143 yards and two touchdowns. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
